Amount allocated:

• 7,500,000 (2017-2018) – 3 classrooms
• 2,000,000 (2019-2020) – Toilet Block
• 6,000,000 (2019-2020) – Administration Block

Remarks

The construction of Admin Block project is ongoing. There has been a genuine issue raised by the contractor of variation which needs the Board’s attention. The structure as per the BQ is 185 Square Meters while in the drawing it is 202 Square meters. The anomaly was brought to our attention after the contractor has already started work and he had started work. He had used the drawings measurements. The amount quoted in the BQ is less by the difference of 17 Square Meters.

1. Enrollment for students to serve the whole of constituency
2. Increased student intake in Changamwe constituency thereby enhancing 100% transition
